Green Acres Unlimited was founded in 2002 on a small farm in southwest Iowa by longtime family farmer John Lee. With a welder, a band saw, and a lot of ambition, John set out to build the best hay-saving feeder on the market. What began in a modest shed quickly grew into a full-time manufacturing operation.
Driven by a commitment to innovation and constant customer feedback, Green Acres has grown into a trusted name in livestock equipment. As ranchers ourselves, we use, test, and refine our equipment to ensure it meets the demands of real working operations.
In 2024, Green Acres Unlimited became an Ag Alliance company. We build our products in state-of-the-art facilities located in Prairie City and Seymour, Iowa, with offices and warehousing in Des Moines. But our mission remains the same: to build the best livestock equipment in the industry.
